I don't think this is a Silvey's vehicle. Although the quality is not good(no criticism meant) the signage on the boot lid is not of a familiar Silvey layout and would suggest this operator had several depots/phone no's whereas to the best of my limited knowledge Silvey's only had one depot which was(conveniently!) opposite The Anchor public house in Epney on the banks of the Severn. On cessation the business was first taken over by Locke's coaches at Eastington which in turn became part of the Ladvale Group in the '70s. Although split up the Silvey premises including the former bus shed are still in existance as indeed are those of Locke's at Eastington from where KB Coaches now operate.
